Refund and Returns Policy

At Aabheer Deep Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality deep cleaning services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which clients may request refunds or service adjustments.

1. Payment & Booking

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not provided: If Aabheer Deep Cleaning is unable to perform the service due to reasons within our control.
  • Major service issues: If the service delivered does not meet agreed-upon standards and cannot be rectified upon inspection.

3. Service Adjustments / Re-cleaning

  • If a client is not satisfied with the service, Aabheer Deep Cleaning may offer a re-cleaning session or adjustment at no additional cost.
  • Clients must report issues within 24 hours of service completion for consideration.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion.
  • Minor cleaning issues due to client property conditions or inaccessible areas.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled service.

5. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
