Welcome to Aabheer Deep Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
- Aabheer Deep Cleaning provides full home and apartment deep cleaning services, including kitchens, bathrooms, and general residential areas.
- Services are performed as per the plan selected by the client and agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payments
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
- Payment for services is due as per the selected plan. An advance payment confirms the booking, and the balance is collected upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the advance payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client should clear fragile or valuable items before service.
- Aabheer Deep Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items left in inaccessible areas.
- Pets should be secured to ensure the safety of staff and prevent disruptions.
5. Liability
- Our staff is trained to handle cleaning equipment safely. However, Aabheer Deep Cleaning is not liable for accidental damages due to hidden defects or pre-existing issues in the property.
- Any damages caused by negligence of our staff will be addressed fairly and promptly.
6. Health & Safety
- We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.
- Clients are advised to inform us of any allergies or sensitive areas in the home.
7. Privacy
- Client information, including contact details and service addresses, will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
- Aabheer Deep Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients through the contact details provided.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Kondva.
